When a port forwarding to a device (e.g. camera, inverter) is not working you need to check the following

1. Try to ping the public ip address. Inform us for the current public ip address. In sites with backup 3g internet connection the main public ip address might have turned to the 3g public address.

2. If you have remote access to your internet router try to ping the local ip address of the device (to which the port/s is/are forwarded). 

  2a. If it does not reply you need to visit the site in order to check that the device is on power, on network and is configured with the desired ip address. 

  2b. If it replies submit a ticket to Inaccess Support.
